AromaTouch® Massage

This massage technique is based on the AromaTouch® Technique which was developed by Dr. David Hill, D.C. to provide people with an invigorating experience with essential oils.

The  AromaTouch® massage is performed with essential oils along with a gentle subtle touch along energy pathways and visceral contact points of the back and feet.

The body's self-healing ability is enhanced by balancing the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems.

It is not a massage where the muscles are worked deeply. It's the touch and the oils that do the job.

Physical touch during a massage relaxes and calms your head. It gives you a good, nice and positive feeling. According to researchers, the power of a physical touch is even ten times stronger than that of words.

Touching and being touched is good for your physical and mental health. Touch stimulates countless sensitive sensors in your skin. These then cause a complicated chain reaction in your brain, after which all kinds of fine chemical substances are released. One of these is the so-called 'cuddle hormone' oxytocin. This makes your body with various forms of physical contact and has a high feel-good factor.

With an AromaTouch® Massage you lie on a treatment table in our attractive Casita. The light, the scents of the oils, the soothing music and the soft touch make you relax and get peace of mind. Different oils are used, each with their own specific effect
