Paella workshop

Traditional
Paella
Making
Since the 8th century, the typical rice used in paella has been cultivated in the province of Valencia. Paella refers to the pan in which the rice dish is made. The traditional Valencian paella consists of chicken, rabbit, beans, spices, saffron and of course rice. So there is no fish or shellfish in it, as most people know the paella.

Our friend Jesus likes to show you

how the traditional paella is made.

He reveals the secrets of the paella

as his mother taught him.

According to tradition he makes the paella

on an open fire of orange wood.

When the paella is ready,

we eat it together at a round table,

as many Valencian families do on Sundays.

A great experience to experience.
