Terms & Conditions Villa de la Tierra

 

Welcome to Villa de la Tierra! We want your stay to be as pleasant as possible. Therefore, please read our Terms and Conditions carefully. When you make a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

 

1. General

• These Terms and Conditions apply to all guests staying at Villa de la Tierra. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms and conditions.

• The minimum stay at Villa de la Tierra is two nights.

• Check-in is possible from 15:00, check-out before 11:00. Different times can be discussed in consultation.

• No refund will be given in the event of early departure.

• Smoking is not allowed in the indoor areas and the communal kitchen. We ask that you be considerate of other guests.

• Guests can park for free on our enclosed private property. Parking is at your own risk.

• We trust that you will treat the properties of Villa de la Tierra and its guests with care. If something gets damaged, we ask you to report it to us immediately so that we can solve it together.

• The owners reserve the right to deny access to the property to guests who do not comply with the conditions or engage in inappropriate behavior without refund of accommodation costs.

• Villa de la Tierra reserves the right to change the terms and conditions. The terms and conditions applicable at the time of use are binding. They can be found on our website.
   

2. Rates

• The rates as stated on the website are per night.

• Rates may vary depending on the season and/or special events such as Fallas Valencia and MotoGP

• The prices include water, electricity, bed and bath linen, and Wifi.

• All prices include VAT and tourist tax.

• Rates are subject to price changes.
   

3. Reservation and Confirmation

• Reservations can be made by phone, via the website, via WhatsApp or e-mail.

• No additional booking fees will be charged.

• After receiving your reservation request, you will receive a confirmation. To finalize the reservation, a deposit must be paid.

• A reservation is only final once you have received the confirmation and the deposit has been paid.

 

4. Payment

• Within 7 days after the reservation confirmation, we ask you to transfer 30% of the total amount. Only then is your reservation final.

• The remaining amount (70%) must be transferred no later than 6 weeks before arrival.

• If you book within 6 weeks before arrival, we ask you to transfer the full amount immediately.

• Payments for additional services can be made on site.

• All prices include VAT and tourist tax. No service costs are charged.

• Payment can be made by bank transfer, via this site or in cash.
   

5. Cancellation

• Cancellations must be made by e-mail, quoting your reservation number.

• The following cancellation fees will be charged:

• Up to 6 weeks before arrival: 30% of the total stay.

• From 6 weeks before arrival and from the day of arrival: 100% of the total stay.

• In case of a no-show, the full amount will be charged.

• We advise you to take out travel and cancellation insurance.
   

6. Force majeure

• In the event of force majeure, Villa de la Tierra may dissolve or temporarily suspend the agreement in whole or in part. This can be done without the guest being able to claim compensation or replacement services.

• Force majeure includes, for example, but not limited to: war, natural disasters, strikes, disruptions in energy supply, government measures, personal circumstances and other unforeseen circumstances.
   

7. Liability

• Villa de la Tierra is not liable for damage caused by the guest or third parties, nor for malfunctions in and around the accommodation, such as failure of power, water or technical installations.

• Villa de la Tierra is not liable for damage as a result of unforeseen or late announced construction and/or road works in the vicinity of the accommodation.

• Villa de la Tierra is not responsible for loss, damage or theft of guests' personal belongings.

• The property can only be held liable for damages resulting from gross negligence or fault on the part of the owners.

• The use of the swimming pool is at your own risk. Villa de la Tierra is not liable for bodily injury or damage to personal property while using the pool.

 

 

8. Damage

• Guests must behave properly and use the accommodation in accordance with reasonable instructions for use.

• The main guest is liable for damage caused by himself or by other guests to the accommodation or the property present.

• Damage must be reported immediately to the owners. The guest is responsible for the cost of repair or replacement.

• In the event of loss or damage to keys or handheld transmitters, the costs for replacement will be charged.
